General Conditions

Any fancier with nest ring pigeons from the year 2025 may participate.

Once registration has been made, they will become the property of the organizing entity, so it is ESSENTIAL to send their title of ownership and pedigree, with the organization being responsible for all expenses derived from their care: vaccination, feeding, releases, etc.

They will be checked and quarantined upon arrival, and then vaccinated and electronically ringed. This is intended to allow for better health and information control over them.

The organization reserves the right (if necessary) to inform the owner of the poor condition of the pigeons, and may refuse their admission. The owner will be duly informed of this in case he wishes to replace them. In all cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the owner of these pigeons.

If for any reason it were necessary to postpone, suspend or change the conditions of the Derby (training and/or events), the organizing Club reserves the right to do so. In any case, the overall benefit of the Derby will be sought.

PIGEONS FOR AUCTIONS

The first 70 pigeons (not counting those from the Organization if they exist, moving on to the next position) that return from the Final in Monesterio (Badajoz).

The first 30 classified in the general classification of ACE PIGEON (6 races) will be auctioned.

In all cases, 50% of the proceeds go to the owner (deducting 50% of the value of the picture) and the other 50% to the organization (which assumes the other 50% of the value of the photograph). The rest of the pigeons will be property of the organization and will be offered to be activated in the subsequent extra race/s. IN AN EXCEPTIONAL WAY, the owner (with the agreement of the Organization) can decide to withdraw some of the pigeons returned from the Final (maximum 3 days after the Final and without being the first 30 arrivals) and go to auction under the same conditions as the other auctioned ones.

In order to collect the proportional part of the auction of the pigeons after the final, it is MANDATORY that the pigeons come accompanied by their corresponding detailed pedigree, since their arrival, or provided (before the last training (06/08/25), in electronic form.

OTHERWISE, the owner will have full right to receive the prizes that correspond to him, but not to the proportional part of the auction. IT IS NOT CONSIDERED PEDIGREE TO INCLUDE INFORMATION IN THE TITLE OF OWNERSHIP OF THE RINGS OF THE SIR AND MOTHER AND WITHOUT A CERTAIN BREAKDOWN, in the pedigree, OF THEIR ORIGINS AND/OR SPORTING RESULTS OF THEIR PARENTS and this would imply the loss of 50% of the value of the auction to the participant.

The organization is authorized to publish a list of participants, informing about the submission of property titles and pedigrees, which will serve to indicate who is entitled to receive 50% of the value of the auction.

Likewise, the Derby organization will not be responsible for possible thefts or accidents that may occur during the celebration of the scheduled events.

Prizes are calculated based on 1700 registered (paid) pigeons. If this amount is increased or not reached, the cash prizes will be increased or reduced in a directly proportional manner.
